Actually I don't hate my job . . . I just hate WHERE I do my job.
The guy who owns the salon is a very weird character. I now know why he was working all alone in a six station salon. First he promised us several things and now he is saying that we were mistaken. WRONG! We both heard it! But he isn't budging.
So we look for something else. I hate to change AGAIN, and I know that my clients don't really like it either, but I am so unhappy with the situation that I hate going to work. I can not build my clientele because he snags all the walk-in traffic. There is no sense me sitting around when I am not busy if I will not be getting to do any of the walkins. He will make them wait for him even if C and I are not busy.
He is just a very strange bald guy. How can he know anything about hair when he doesn't have any. :)

maybe he always takes all the walk-ins because he isn't paying himself rent for his station, and he does that to make up for the loss in "income" from chair station rent. even if that is the case, he should still share walk-ins. what a prat.
maybe someday you can run your own salon (or partner with someone). that would be cool! ;o)
I didn't like him when you first went in for 'negotiations'.
Just make sure when you leave to report him for all the violations he will surely go back to when you aren't there.
