The sun is shining!
The birds are chirping!
The air is cool
The grass is green
The tree is blooming!
The house is clean!
And the reality is:
Sun . . . means I woke up.
Birds . . may be singing but they are also pooping on my patio.
Cool air . . . for the moment but it is only 7 am, suppose to be high 80's today.
Green grass . . . and long and needs mowing before the afternoon heatwave.
Tree . . . actually it's deader than fuck and going to cost $450 to have it removed.
Clean house . . . ok, that is an out and out lie.
So off I go to clean the patio, turn on the air conditioning, mow the lawn, call Dr. Tree to make an appointment to have the tree removed, clean the house. And last but not least . . . Go back to bed!
