SUCKS!
Having 7 days off, where you don't have to think of anything but what's to eat, where do you want to hike to and when is nap time, is awesome.
But coming back to reality . . . alarm clocks, appointments, new swing shift schedule, dirty laundry is depressing. There has to be a better way to come back from vacation.
The week was great.
We rented a CruiseAmerica motor home and headed north.
The first two nights we stayed at a campground abit north of Payson. Lots of forest and cool temps. We hiked, built a fire, ate, slept and cooked dinner outside. I LOVE to cook on a campfire. I know I am strange.
Then we met up with the in-laws at the "new" cabin that the in-laws just bought. A definate fixer upper. So we spent the next 4 days cleaning, filling in holes in the walls, painting and general "making it livable". It will be great when it is all done, but it will take awhile.
Then back home to reality.
But I did manage to get a few pics of our trip up on the photoblog.
