And It Begins

Last month, I joined Curves.

I decided that I was going to concentrate on doing the exercise for the first month instead of working on the diet part. Usually I say I'll diet for a month and then exercise. I decided to mix it up. Plus, I wanted to see if this program would work WITHOUT the diet part.

Well it did.

In the first month, I lost 6.75 inches and 2.5 pounds. I went 3 days a week and worked out for 30 mins. So doing just the BASIC I didn't do too bad.

This coming month I am going to add the diet to the exercise routine. I am going to do basically the Weight Watcher diet but keep my carbs low. (my body doesn't like carbs too well)

My next weigh-in/measure is just before we go to San Diego so I am going to work extra hard this month. Time will only tell.

AND I feel much better!

Congratulations! that sounds like some really pleasent changes going on there!
