October is on its way out. And in 6 days the world will be filled with little ghost and goblins, and probably some George W's and maybe even some Kerry's. We will have the usual clowns and gypsies and grim reapers. Candy will be thrown into bags and checked by parents for bad things. (do they still do that?)
I love this time of year. Here in Arizona it is the sign of cooler weather to come. You can always count on Halloween night to be cool and crisp.
But with the coming of Halloween it means one other thing...
I have to make up a new skin for my blog. :)

Yeah we still 'check' candy.....More like "Ok, the Snickers and Reese's are for Mommy and you get all the smarties and sweettarts!" Thank goodness they're still kinda little and love to share! LOL I'm in trouble in a few years though!
Yeah! I kind of remember that there was always "something bad" in the Snickers and the Milky Ways, when the kids were little enough not to "get it".
The Reese's were always forbidden to my kids when they were little. Never know when you get a bad batch of peanut butter.
I was thinking the same thing this morning. What to do for Thanksgiving skin?? But first I've got to fix my comments thingamajig. Darn blog is taking over my life.
Funny, I check my kid's candy the same way TM does! Must be the way we were taught to do it way back when huh?
or fall back on an old one. Nov 1 brings hyper kids.!
