I am jones*ing to do laundry.
I got my new washer/dryer at 10am and can't wait to do my first load.
You see, here in the sunny hot state of Arizona we are on an electricity progam. You are to use your big appliances (washer/dryer - dishwasher - air conditioning - oven) between the hours of 9pm and 9am to conserve. Oh, you can use anything appiance ANYTIME but you get zapped on your utility bill. And since I have to use my air and oven during the no no hours, I do my best to use the "other appliances" after 9pm and before 9am.
So I wait! And WAIT!
I never thought I would be so excited to do laundry.
UPDATE!
First load was awesome. We spent most of the 45 mins watching it tumble and squirt and drain. We had to turn the fan off in the laundry room to make sure the sucker was actually running. Then we had to get a flashlight to shine into the window because we still weren't sure. Oh so quite.
I think I may LIKE doing laundry now. :)
Those are the ones that we have, I love them. Did you get the pedestals under them? We didn't but I wish we had, but where they are it would lift the washer up in front of the window and we don't want to do that. I remember the first load that we put in there, I sat in front and watched it go around and around. Have fun.
You will now become addicted to laundry and I will happily send all ours down to you from WA.
I love doing laundry..always have, but I am twisted like that.
